AV Dance Studio ("AV Dance Studio," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit avdancestudios.com (the "Site"), sign up for classes, or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number when you sign up for a class, book a private lesson or free introductory class, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us.

• Student information: the student's name, age or age group, dance experience, and any notes you choose to share with us (for example, emergency contact details or information relevant to safe participation in class).

• Payment information: when you pay online, a third-party payment processor handles your payment. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.

• Communications: messages, questions, and feedback you send us by email, phone, form, or social media.

Information collected automatically:

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on the Site, and referring website.

• Cookies and similar technologies: our website platform (Squarespace) and our analytics and advertising tools use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See Section 5 below.

• register students and schedule group classes, private lessons, and introductory sessions;

We offer classes for children, but our Site is meant to be used by parents and legal guardians, not by children directly. A parent or guardian must register any student under 18 and gives us the student's information on the child's behalf.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information without a parent's consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

4. Photos and Videos

We sometimes take photos or videos during classes, rehearsals, and performances and may share them on our Site (including our Gallery), Instagram, Facebook, or in promotional materials. We will not publish a student's full name together with their image without permission. If you do not want you or your child to appear in our photos or videos, please tell us in writing at avdancestudio18@gmail.com. We will respect your request and remove existing content where reasonably possible.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure and personalize advertising. These may include:

• Squarespace: cookies needed for the Site, forms, scheduling, and commerce to work.

However, no method of sending or storing data over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• ask to see the personal information we hold about you or your child;

• ask us to correct or update inaccurate information;

• ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons;

• unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the "unsubscribe" link in any email; and

• opt out of photos or videos as described in Section 4.
